I recently visited the Chowking restaurant in Dinalupihan Bataan and I must say, the cleanliness of the restaurant and the well-maintained restroom were impressive.

However, my overall experience was a bit disappointing. The staff seemed disoriented and made several mistakes with our order. I was hoping for a smooth dining experience, but this wasn't the case.

Food was consistent with other branches but the staff were very attentive to customer needs, from the guard who assisted with the parking, to the staff who opened the door for customers, and those who cleaned up the tables. More than 30 mns waiting time for out dine in and more than an hr for our takeouts. No iced tea, no wonton mami available when we went.
