Chowking - Sta. Maria — Restaurant in Ilocos Sur

I am so DISAPPOINTED with Chowking! 😡😡😡 Coming from an almost 9hour land travel, I was looking forward to a hot and satisfying meal of WANTON MAMI and SIOPAO, so I went straight to the Chowking Sta Maria Ilocos Sur branch. Unfortunately, the mami served to me looked NOTHING like the one shown in the picture hang inside the store! The first picture I posted here is the poster inside their store showing a sumptous, deliciously looking Wanton Mami --- but what they served was a watery soup with noodles crumpled tightly together, and 3 pieces of sickly looking wanton! This you can see in the next two pictures I have attached here --- check out the pictures and you be the judge of this unfortunate experience!!! They ask you to pay for a nice looking mami they advertise, but they serve not even anything close to what they show in ads!!! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! 😡😡😡 And to add more to this heart-breaking experience, they don't give out sauce for their SIOPAO!!! Why? Oh well, they say the sauce is already inside the siopao! What a stupid idea! Siopaos are ALWAYS served with its sauce! Of course, the inside siopao will have sauce because it should be like that (or else it will look like dried meat stucked inside the siopao bun! 😠), but a siopao sauce that you can put once you open the siopao is ALWAYS part of this siopao experience!!! Oh my goodness!!! Chowking is already losing their marbles!!! SO DISAPPOINTED 😠😡😠😡😠😡😠😡 Beware of this Chowking...

Idiot worker additionally adding payments also gave us the order, when we were informing them they kept on trying to argue and say they didn't make a mistake even tho the receipts shows our real order, turns out it wasn't the servers fault but them,they handed out the wrong order to them for our table also made us pay additional even tho we didn't know the problem before going to our table when our order arrived we have the receipt and Asked them about our take outs when we asked about it upfront the girl that works Infront gave us A new receipt which contains our order the receipt shows that we should pay 678 where our take out wasn't included they made us pay additional 500 before can't remember the exact number, We thought they added our order for take out we couldn't have made the mistake since they even asked what toppings our take out should have,so we paid the 500+ but turns out they didn't include it. Honestly horrible and they kept arguing food was average the service is just trash we didn't get...

The last time that i visited was that my food together with my mother are not so good it is because the ingredients were short, i mean it is incomplete. The first time that we went here was a few weeks beyond right after the opening. The front area looks like fitted for a normal provincial Branch. There were no still drive-thru on the left side facing the said establishment. After a few weeks beyond again it was being fixed. Many people went inside coming in and out, eating their foods including us but I do not know what happen for these days.
