Oceanus restaurant is both a bar and restaurant. It's got an excellent spot on Sabangan Beach and it's got plenty of parking. The food they serve is pretty good. I had grilled seafood composed of the Malaga fish and squid as well as okoy which are deep fried veggies with shrimp. Prices are also relatively affordable.

Wonderful place. Chris and Danmark were outstanding - very, very courteous, very, very accommodating and simply amazing. Food was great. View was wonderful!!! Beach was great and water was clear. We had a fantastic time!!! People passing by Santiago, Ilocos Sur SHOULD DEFINITELY COME AND SEE THIS PLACE.

This resyaurant is near Santiago Cove Hotel/Resort in Ilocos Sur. It is beside the beach so it gives off that breezy ocean air while you dine in this santorini themed restaurant. We tried their halo halo and seafood lumpia - both worth the prices! Parking is available just beside the restaurant
