Bulljack Talabahan — Restaurant in Iloilo City

Found this place when I was browsing the Google Map. My husband and I went here on April 21, around 3pm to 4pm. We rode the moto all the way here from Iloilo city, although there's no parking lot, you can park your moto at the side but it will be difficult if you have a 4 wheel. I was intimidated by the place first because of how it looks and the lack of customer, but I'm glad I did not let myself swayed by my personal judgment because the food turned out to be superv! We had Steam Prawns, Adobong Pusit, and Fresh Talaba. The prawns are big and juicy. Don't let the size fool you, because even if the Talaba look so small, the meat... It's so fatty, plump, juicy, fresh, and sweet. Meanwhile the Adobong Squid, initially, we asked them to grilled the squid but they told us, both the lady and the cook that because of the size of the squid, it's not possible to be roasted. I was disappointed at first, but they deliver! That squid Adobo is fantastic. It shows that they know what they are doing. This is not the place for those people who likes fancy ambiance and instagramable scenery, this is a local place where they served really good seafood. Our total bill is just ₱930 along with 2 cups of rice. We'll definitely come back here again! Not to mention the lady's there, is very kind, sweet, and...

Undoubtedly namit! Reasonably reasonable prices and rates.

This place is recommended for large family dining and group/team eat-out.

Staff and crews are accommodating, courteous and offering a wait service..

Time spent having your food orders being prepared inside the kitchen is worth the wait. Freshly cooked, steamy and savory when it gets on your tabletop.

Been here for how many times now, I'll keep coming back for their exceptional Buttered Garlic Shrimp! One of my favorite seafood ever! Oyster is pretty good as well and one thing that's make me sad is that they don't offer the Baked Talaba (Oyster).

Service wise is good as well and the girl at the front desk is pretty accommodating.

The place was nice since it's located beside the shallow. Relaxing ambiance with cool air.

Pricing was a little bit expensive but worth the price since they serve very delicious food. They even offer, grilled pork belly!
