Iloilo Coffee House exemplifies less is more, as it focuses on minimalistic styles through the use of simple white painting and flat designs. This doesn't mean there's nothing to look at, as framed paintings hang all over the place as well as vintage cameras set in a display along with classic board games that everyone is free to use. The bar and tables are otherwise similar to other coffee shops, with wooden structures and a handwritten menu.
Food offerings are yummy, as they offer the typical coffee as well as mug cakes, sphaghetti, bread and muffins all with a touch of coffee.
Prepare to spend however if you plan to go here. Menu items start at 100 pesos and are usually fit for only one person. The offerings are also extremely limited so dont expect to have all your coffee needs fulfilled.
The venue also is very small and if you're not in the bar area, is very hot as there is no presence of air conditioning in the main dining area.

Read moreThe Place; If you are a coffee nerd or just someone who loves coffee, you will really love this place. They have a display of multiple antique espresso machines and coffee tools. They also sell a wide range of homebrewing coffee tools. On the inside, a lot of vintage cameras are also on display. very comfy and homey vibes all throughout the shop. Good for studying or just chilling.
Coffee and food; They serve really good coffee and offer a variety of drinks. also a good place to get single-origin specialty whole coffee beans. The breakfast menu was also very good; the plating was on point as well as the taste. The baristas and staff were also very friendly and kind. They will walk you through getting the right coffee.
Overall; Great experience going to this place. I also took their coffee classes and was introduced to the rabbit hole of specialty coffee, becoming now addicted to anything coffee-related. I really recommend taking classes with them; kudos to Sir Pat, Sir Jian,...

The serving looked small at first but it was super filling that I tried my best to finish all of it because it was a shame if it went to waste. The food and drinks just took a while to get served even though I was the only person who ordered at that time, so keep that in mind. The space is nice, as well, it feels like a coffee lover's haven. Pretty easy to locate but the downside is that it's a little farther away from the city. If it was nearer, I would definitely come here more often. They...
