To be fair, it was raining when we went there so we couldnt really enjoy the beach view. The service was nice and prompt enough. What made me give a 4-star was that their beef salpicao was chewy, didn't get to finish it. But I loved their tacos and dip, super love it. So we might visit again, we'll just order something else. Food is good and flavorful, their Mexican menu isn't completely mexican, although they let me change the chicken enchillada to beef, it wasn't the Mexican enchillada. The place is a good place to chill but the sounds of the neighboring karaoke ruined the mood.
