RAGOOMU — Restaurant in Iloilo City

We stopped by your Ragoomu Diversion Rd Branch for dinner and appreciated the good weather, so we chose to sit at one of the al fresco tables. The cashier on duty was pleasant and welcoming, and we were excited to enjoy our meal, especially the chicken pops. Generally, your food is okay.

However, while we were eating, one of your staff members started cleaning the nearby bathroom. I understand they may have been trying to make good use of their time since it was not too busy, but I found this quite rude and unprofessional. The smell from the bathroom and fumes from the cleaning agents were unpleasant, especially while we were still eating. It was enough to make me stop eating and leave the restaurant.

I hope you can consider scheduling cleaning tasks more thoughtfully, particularly when there are guests...

The Classic Chicken Burger was massive for its price of 125 PHP as of July 2023, the chicken and buns were super soft, Would recommend!

The cucumber lemonade was 75 PHP, it tastes just like any other Cucumber lemonade I've ever tasted, for me, at least. Its price is pretty steep as is with any other restaurants like it.

Additional option if you are looking for a chicken and burger place. Their place is air-conditioned, located beside the road and with ample parking space.
