Where do I begin?

Long wait times in both the drive-thru and in-store dining? Yes that happens all the time.

Order something and it doesn’t come as you ordered? Happens all the time too. Read more below:

I only order the chicken sandwich which consists of three items: two buns, a chicken fillet, and sauce. I ALWAYS ask for no sauce and they ALWAYS repeat that I want no sauce. I ordered four chicken sandwiches today and all of them had sauce.

Super disheartening and embarrassing that the employees fail to uphold customers requests. Should it not be easier to make? You just do not add the sauce….but apparently all the employees are asleep or do not care to give adequate service.

From now on, when I order there, I will meticulously inspect my food and will make sure it’s known when it is done wrong. This is a fair warning to future customers as you should do the same and hold them accountable. This is completely...

Everything else is generally good, but the recurring issue is the frequent unavailability of some menu items like Coke, ice, and sometimes even their chicken. I'm unsure of the reason for these stock issues, but I hope the branch addresses...

Always here for a drive thru when travelling to Iloilo. It's good that the cashier at the order booth informed us how long our order would take so we can cancel and pick an alternative since we're on a hurry. Hope every drive thrus...
