We went here last night for our Team’s party.
So I decided to order the tortang talong parmigiana but unfortunately they said that it is not available and they suggested the pizzadilla. We are shocked that it is just a tortilla with a sauce and a very very few toppings as you can see in the picture for the price of 365php. Not worth it for me and the flavor is not pleasant. Nothing is special here. Overpriced for me.
I ordered pesto penne pasta but I don’t taste any pesto in it and it looks like carbonara.
My partner got the crispy pork kare kare. The pork is not literally crispy as what it should be. Also the serving of the rice is just like a scoop of an ice cream.
For drinks, I got matcha latte which is a so-so for me. My partner got the macchiato which is also just fine. Kinda weird because they don’t have any soda drink which would be perfect to drink with their entrees. I just don’t think that drinking a frappe or a latte is a match with a pork kare kare 🥹
Serving time is really long. We waited 40-50 mins I guess.

GOOD: No doubt that this restaurant serves good food and I love everything that we ordered. Tha atmosphere is very homie with a touch of old memories vibes. BAD: The staff and the menu is very misleading and they don't tell the truth. The best example is the "Giant" shrimp that we ordered, the waitress told us that it is good for 2 but when they served it, it's just 2pcs of 2 inches shrimps with sauce on it and it was around P400!!! The kare-kare that is also "good for 2" and "crispy" is also a lie. What we got was a 1pc thinly sliced pork with banana heart, 2 slices of egg plant and a few veggies. The only food that is I think right for the price is their Tortang talong with cheese and nachos (I forgot what they call it). Hybrid Project is located in Imus. If you are not familiar with the area then it would be wise to use Waze. Ambiance: The ambiance is quite ok. Nothing extraordinary.
Food: They made a twist with old recipes. Example is their Shrimp Kare-Kare. They used 2 medium sized prawns. Altho, they have small servings. However, the taste is just ok.
Price: I would say it is pricey. I order Prawn with Alique. It costs me Php 350.00. They say it is good for two but I say it is good for one person only.
Service: The servers are ok. Altho it would be best if they smile a bit more.
Parking: Very limited parking available.
