We are very dissatisfied with the service of the other crews specifically with no horrific, the guy who is chubby. He was very annoying since in the entire time, he annoys us and the other costumer. He sings very loud, talking in shouting manner and I am furious when that staff who is chubby, gives us bill; he didn't even eye contact with us and holds the basket of bill with only 2 fingers showing that he didn't like us. In addition, they obviously make the sound loud and sings annoyingly; singing in not in tune. Staff didn't even thank us, although they thank others when they are done.

Most of the costumer was disturbed and annoyed since we are all watching them talking so loudly than the music. Take note the music is already loud. We are sad as well since we are celebrating our friends birthday that time.

But the food is great and stuff our hunger. We are just deeply dissatisfied with the manners of that staff that disturbed the good atmosphere of everyone...

Used to be my favorite budget samgyup, the taste was superb, even the side dishes used to be great. Decided to visit again where I was enthusiastic since I knew what I was expecting since I’ve tried it several times before already. However everything seemed to taste different in comparison to before, even the side dishes tasted different, especially the japchae which used to be my favorite. the service of meats also differed from a year ago, which used to be self service. Additionally, there was an insect on the lettuce and rice. Will not return.

Pork is full of fat, even served us a huge chunk of fat. Used to be better when you have the option of choosing how much meat you’d like to cook at the moment, and ask for chicken if you chose meat and pork. I also like their mac and cheese before, which is no longer served now. A big downgrade...

Food: just thin pork slices (sweetened and plain) and sweetened chicken breast cut Service: staffs are not so accommodating. They don’t explain to us their house rules and we ended up being charged by per head on drinks despite ordering just 1 pitcher of beverage. They don’t even want to change our griller at first but they did at the end cuz we really insisted to. Atmosphere: not so pleasing. Everything is so greasy and no proper hand wash area making the experience more unpleasant.

Special mention to the cashier in-charge. We already had a not so good experience and yet you made it more worst. Your eyes speaks it all. From us billing out and asking for a sales invoice, which took her time already, it shows that you do not value...
