McDonald's Lancaster — Restaurant in Imus

Have been to this branch several times and was NEVER satisfied with their service. The only reason we go to McDonalds (particularly this branch) is because my toddler wants to play there with the other kids. Inconsistency- for several times, we experienced not having the food served on our table DESPITE HAVING THE TABLE DELIVERY NUMBER. Take note, NOT the order/receipt number but the table service number. They would call out our number and we had to pick them up at the counter. We just let it pass for many times, not a big deal. Attitude - this is what prompted me in leaving this review. Having known that they are inconsistent with delivering food at the table, after a few minutes of ordering, I went to the counter to check with them. But as soon as I arrived there, I HAVEN'T EVEN SAID ANYTHING, the staff sent me away immediately by saying "Idedeliver sa inyo pag may number! Paantay nalang" in an unfriendly impatient tone. Again, I let it pass and was still nice and I went back to our table. A bit later, I heard THE SAME STAFF calling out our number to pick-up the food at the counter. I went there and told her, "I was just here a while ago and you sent me away saying it will be delivered to our table. Now you're calling out our number for us to pick them up?" The other staff also told her that it should've been delivered to us. With NO REMORSE, NO APOLOGIES, she just grabbed the trays and said "Sige, ihahatid na sa table nyo" and turned her back and walked away. SHE DID IT TO CUT ME OFF WHILE I WAS STILL TALKING. What an utter disrespect. (This happened on 09/20 in the morning) Check the butter you receive for the pancakes. I experienced receiving melted butter that has already undergone discoloration. They reasoned out that it was just melted. But butter would only undergo discoloration when it touches heat. If it just melts because of warmth, it should NOT. (When this happened, I was also still nice and just informed them about it so that they would not serve...

The place is clean. The aircon temp's cold enough to handle the number of customers coming in. There's a playplace. Thus the score of 2. But... The service of the customer-facing crew is way too slow. They can't control the lines.. ex was earlier today (3/4/18) there are only 3 open but there are 5 lines so when you're infront of the line someone will "squeeze in" cause they were on the supposed existing line only to find out there's none. They were made to line-up by another crew who will then leave since there are a number of things to do. So bam. Another unnecessary line. They can work with a small crowd.. but not when families start to get in, senior citizens go in line and drive thru lines getting longer. Seems that they freeze at that moment then work slow once they get into reality that hey we have customers. There are times that they get confused with the orders. I live in Lancaster and having them within the area is a good thing.. but I find myself driving in Mcdo Centennial instead. For the crew behind the cashier.. those who work behind all these.. i think theyre good. Fries fried well. Food's good. Chicken's good. Food's ready.. i just think the ones at the cashier can't manage order-taking well and then serving it to customers. There's this tall girl.. slim with slightly big eyes who's good with customers and very patient with irate ones. I spoke to her for a complaint and she listened.. that for me is more than enough. She doesnt have her name plate pinned so I cant name her...

Convenient location for those who live in lancaster close to school, and shopping center and mall. But their knowledge to hadle a simple request asking for a "no veggie" on their burger always ends up with onions, or pickles. they don't understand. Imagine yourself going to the drive through and getting the wrong order when you get home. another thing is when you say no ice to the speaker and then when you get the order its almost all ice. that's brainless, cheating and so undignified to see how they just spill the ice and pick it out of your drink and they hand it back to you. it's disgusting but it seems that that's the normal for this...
