Ang pangit ng services nila. Hindi rin masarap ang food. I wonder why wala na masyadong kumakain since napaka strict nila sa rules and no consideration at all. And they are cruel to animals. We saw one of the staff na hinagis na lang basta yung pusa at di pa nakuntento, sinundan pa at nah spray ng tubig. Nakakaawa. Hindi naman sila mag cocause ng trouble sa mga kumakain. Rules on the unlimited rice is so lame. As we took our order, late ko na napansin na pwede pala iunli rice yung solo order.. Hindi na daw.pwede ihanol since na punch na. So i ordered another solo meal , ang kakain is bata around 5yrs old. They insisted na yung bata lang ang pwedeng kumain ng unli rice like hello. Hindi ba pwedeng iconsider na bata yun at yung nanay ang kakain ng unli rice. Nakakatamgamg rules. Ending kinancel yung unli rice then they change it to solo rice. Wala man lang consideration. Nakakadisappoint lang . Never to eat again...

Service is terrible, food is very pedestrian like. The unli wings took 45mins for the refill, total waste of time and money. The pares unlirice is far cry from the original pares retiro, mas ok pa po ung pares sa mga kanto not to mention 20mins for a cup of rice considering unli rice service.
