Let's start off on a good note, the live band was awesome. My food was good "pizza" but they were out of ingredients like Pineapple "how do you run a business in the Philippines and be out of Pineapple ". My in-laws have never been here so we thought it would be a nice gesture to take them to a new place and they thought their food was entirely to salty. My wife didn't finish here dinner also. The service was worse here than anyplace I've been to date, I had to get up and go ask them for everything we needed even though there were four waitresses standing around. I tipped the band very well but didn't tip the staff for service we didn't receive. ...

The food is great, but the customer service is poor. I was snobbed TWICE on two separate occasions by the staff. The servers were not friendly and polite enough (I think more training is needed). They were also not very attentive to the customers' needs. We had to manually ask for utensils because it was not served with the food and our neighboring table waited for a long time in spite their several attempts to...

The location has a good ambiance at night. But our order took 50 mins to be served. Food was not hot when served. Staff is confused. The sequence of the orders wasn't followed. The counter area was too small. A particular waiter keeps on disrupting the orders of the customers. Overall, ambiance is good, food is good, atmosphere is good but the service was bad.
