Green Mustard Cauayan — Restaurant in Isabela

First off, the new location that they're located in is great. The atmosphere is quite nice, the outdoor seating is romantic at night, you can see the bartender and barista making drinks, the chefs rolling up and making fresh croissants (that are free with your salad btw) and same for the pizza makers.

You know the ingredients are fresh because you can see the fridge they use for the salads as the doors are see through.

The service is excellent! If you go on someone's birthday you can have them sing Happy Birthday to your (insert person of choice here). Service was prompt and courteous.

Seating wasn't a problem but if you want you can set up reservations for your group/family. Otherwise there wasn't a wait when we got there for anyone else.

Food was quite delicious. I have to say it's catered more towards the Filipino taste buds, just a touch sweet on the pasta and the lasagna but like I said it doesn't mean it's not delicious. It was excellent quite honestly. They don't skimp on the ingredients either. The pizza was excellent was well. I'd also recommend their cebuchon along with the Green Mustard fried rice. The chicken pesto pasta was to die for too.

The portions are huge btw.

The only thing is maybe the Mexican salad it was good but I was expecting maybe some tortilla chip strips in there, some grilled chicken and maybe some chipotle sauce (not sure if they have that here). It was more like a regular salad with jalapenos. Maybe they could switch that salad up?

All in all, I recommend you check them out as they're probably the best Italian...

Green Mustard in Cauayan City is a good choice to dine-in in the City. We have a wonderful dining experience in a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. From the smell of the burning wood from the pizza oven, I knew this would be good. They serve freshly baked Pizza, use excellent fresh ingredients, and a lovely pasta too. The Marinara Pasta was great and fresh as our main course. Lasagna is well-balanced and good tasting. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the City of Cauayan. They serve superb Pizzas.

Absolutely amazing! Great of the beaten track location too, with a nice ambience! While this restaurant is not on the main tourist streets it is is worth a short detour. The place is has peak hours. There are lots of locals which is always a good sign.

The staffs are very welcoming and friendly.

Went here for family lunch and we were so excited, ordered a lot of foods and a meatball pan filled pizza ( our bill was 6k! 2k was just for the pizza ), our foods were served 45 mins later except for the pizza so we asked them about it ( our server looked irritated tbh and nobody told us that the pizza will take this long to cook ). We started eating, 30 mins later, our pizza is still not here so we asked for a follow up, the server just said “ dalawang beses kasi niluluto yung pizza kasi makapal yung crust” which nobody informed us when we ordered, after finishing our food, our pizza hasn’t been served yet! It’s been over an hour! They even bussed out our table already. I even made a joke about it to our server saying we didn’t know that the pizza was our dessert. Like srsly, who would wait 85 mins for pizza? And the most annoying part, when we got our pizza, the dough was still raw, we ended up just taking it home since nobody ate it. And even in our house none of us ate it. Ended up in garbage. Sobrang sayang nung 2k!! Their Customer service from the servers are also bad! Their tone of voice will tell you how annoyed they are...
