Jollibee Alicia — Restaurant in Isabela

My wife & I (both 70 years old) decided to have dinner last night, March 6. We went straight to the priority lane. To our horror the manager asked us to transfer to the next line. We obliged since there were only 2 pax ahead of us. However, the next line (3rd time to be transferred) asked us to transfer since there are no more customers in que. However, as we were being served, a customer made a singit, maybe a relative of the cashier, without even bothering to tell us why all of a sudden we were ignored. Again, for the 4th time we were asked to transfer to another lane for the 4th time.

Think twice before deciding to go this Jollibee branch. They don't have respect for Srs. They have priority lane, but they it's just for a show. The manager himself violates rule for seniors to go to priority lane....

There's this one time their umbrella on the drive thru bump into my relatives car you know it suddenly slide and it land on my relatives car they didn't even do anything not even say sorry or pay the scratch

And another time we went to eat there i was with a different relative this time there's no seat inside so we went out to eat on their table outside but it was quite dirty so we ask the staff to clean our table but he acted like he didn't even notice us the 2nd time i went inside and ask the guy on the cashier and the staff to clean our table outside they said okay but none of them went out to clean our table so we cleaned our table ourselves and after they gave us our order they didn't give a single glance to check if we...

Erica got a wrong order, and shes out of the blue while taking the orders. We ordered 6 spicy and 2 non spicy but she punched 2 spicy and 6 spicy. My son also repeat our orders. I want to change my orders to non spicy but she insist that its already punch the order and she cannot change but the order is totally f….. , and other ladies said that its her birthday thats why, im just curious about the connection, birthday and work.🤔🤔😳.. to the incharge kindly give off to your team on the day of their Birthdays, so you’ll not get any issues or complain during the operation specially Jollibee is a busy place...
