McDonald's Northstar Mall Ilagan — Restaurant in Isabela

We went to this branch as it was the nearest to our place and my kids are craving for fries and Iced coffee. My daughter placed the order at 7:50pm for take out. We got seated while waiting. After 15 mins, my husband came to pick us up, but we said the order is not yet ready. He then went to the counter to follow up. The cashier said it will be ready in 4 minutes. 4 minutes had passed but our order still not delivered. I went to the counter to follow up again at 8:26pm. I inquired to staff named Nicah, she said she will check. Nicah was talking to one of dispatch staff but seems they are confused with the order. There was no coordination with the team. Cashier said, its ready, the other said there’s still some missing items. There’s no sense of urgency. No team work. Until i heard them saying the Iced coffee is not available. What? 86 items not listed? Cashier wasn’t informed with unavailable items? The store Incharge then came to check whats happening and handle the complaint. Though she is professionally handling the complaint but she did not lead her team to have a smooth operation. Finally at 8:40pm we got the full order. Take away food “NO CUTLERIES”? WOW! its the worst Mc Donald branch we have visited. Store air condition was bad, presence of flies, empty table not immediately cleaned. Consider this feedback to improve...
