McDonald's — Restaurant in Isabela

I placed an order through McDelivery app once and had no response from the store. More than 30 minutes have passed by and no one sent me a message nor called me—typically, it takes no more than 10 minutes for a store manager/cashier/staff to call/message a customer to confirm their order/s.

I tried calling the store but they refuse to pick up. I contacted the support team through McDelivery app and they assured me to take the necessary actions. After a while, they got back to me saying the store was “unresponsive”. I tried to contact the store myself once more but no luck.

After more than two hours, I have received a notification from the McDelivery app that my order was successfully delivered but no order was delivered. They could’ve sent a message saying they’re not able to accommodate my order rather than completely ignoring it. I’M VERY...

I often go to McDonald’s drive-thru because it’s convenient, but recently I’ve noticed that the lines can get really long, especially during peak hours. It takes quite a while before you can place your order and get your food. I tried using the McDo app to speed things up, but unfortunately it wasn’t working, which made the wait even longer.

On the positive side, the staff are still accommodating and the food is served correctly once you reach the window. However, the waiting time really needs improvement, and it would help a lot if the app was fixed and made more reliable. That way, customers could place their orders ahead of time and avoid the long lines at the drive-thru.

Overall, the service is okay, but the experience could be much better if the app worked properly and if the drive-thru...

Poor service, slow delivery, and lame excuses!

Staff cited understaffing for:

•⁠ ⁠Slow service •⁠ ⁠Inability to deliver food on time •⁠ ⁠Unavailability of Happy Meal toys (claimed "stock outage")

Unacceptable excuses! Understaffing is management's responsibility.

Our guests had to buy their ice cream, own fries and drinks at the counter due to slow delivery during my daughter’s birthday party. We unfortunately paid for a very poor service.

Failed Expectations:
