The drive-through can accommodate a large influx of customers, having a first and 2nd floor as well as an event room for any celebrations. Booster seats are available, no ketchup dispensers and utensils are sterilised using heat (bonus for me).
Bathrooms are complete for men, women and the disabled for easy access, second floor does not have a bathroom however, stairs going to the second floor is a bit narrow and steep so tread carefully when going upstairs especially with food.
The staff taking orders are a bit understaffed in a sense that more cashiers would be appreciated, they do have a line for the pregnant and the elderly, also have a line for delivery or pick up. The place uses a self-service system using buzzers to notify the customer to pick up their orders on the counter.
Parking area is located in front and back areas of the establishment, due to a large influx of customers, parking is difficult when the front is full, the back would be clustered with multiple motorcycles coupled with about 9-10 cars parked, sometimes occupied by Jollibee's food/ingredient transports. Maneuvering to exit and enter the said parking spot is difficult because of the tight space.
The drive-through has a narrow road, exiting the back parking requires driving through a line of cars that uses the drive-through, so busy days, especially with multiple people using the drive-through (especially city-wide events) would have a hard time exiting.
The place is popular due to the traffic: (i.e. nearby the church and main highways to various establishments) so influx is high during Sunday's and lunch weekdays (I recommend ordering via deliver or pick up during lunch time)
Orders like longganisa or aloha champ burgers require 10 or more minutes longer than any other order.
Gravy is only given with orders including chicken and is also limited in amount (never tried requesting for more gravy considering it was given in a small plastic container for 1pc, and a larger one for 2pc orders)
The interior design is very modern in aesthetics and has a studio-like vibe to the place for both the floors.
Overall, a great fast-food restaurant, good price, well-cooked food, quality is nice (just double check your orders in drive-through orders because it is prone to missing either utensils, condiments or an order that wasn't written, therefore was not included in the bill and...

What separates Jollibee Drive thru to the other store (the old one located in front of DBP) is the more eco-friendly ambiance. You can see more greens on it's structure and ornaments. Also it's a lot wider in terms if dining space. On its upper floor you wouldn't want to miss a nice view of busy streets...
Read moreI don’t know if it’s just coincidence but Jollibee doesn’t taste like it used to before. We were served a soggy cold extremely greasy over salted fries , not so meaty spaghetti and they forgot to put in our bag the 2 chocolate sundaes that we ordered for take away. They did not even put any cutleries nor straws btw we did ordered the take away so of course we did trust the crew to packed the food and we expect that all are inside. On top of that they are very slow and seemed more laid back despite business...
