Café Norma — Restaurant in La Carlota

Going downhill fast. Was one of our favorite places but not anymore. They are ALWAYS out of things on their menu. 2 nights in a row without any pizzas listed on their menu. Nachos use to be great and now barely edible. Hamburger meat now so small. CR is filthy!!! YOU GUYS ARE LOOSING CUSTOMERS!!

UPDATE: After my last review the owner acted immediately and I am impressed big time. How many owners take action so fast? We had burgers last night for 3 of us and they were wonderful. They had pizza too but we opted for the burgers. We did not get a chance to check the CR. I usually order a Garden Salad but they it was unavailable. Disappointed there. A must-visit cafe in the heart of La Carlota City. They offer a wide range of coffee and non-coffee beverages as well as pastries and rice meals!

We tried their specialty coffee and loved it! Their all-day breakfast menu is good too, tried tapa breakfast and burger steak rice meal. Good serving size and delicious too.

The place is airconditioned. The pizza is crispy it taste like a home made pizza and the chocolate shake is also good much better than other restaurants. However this place is slightly expensive. 80 pesos for shake and 245 pesos for pizza. Minus 1 star because of 2 annoying flies...
