Reasons: Food and drinks: I used to go to Marosans for their great food, I stopped after one bad experience, their food wasn't even 20% of what I once perceived as 'great' food. It makes me see Marosans as a "far restaurant, not worth the trip". Price: Ohh yes it is affordable, used to have a very unbalance price to quality ratio (of course having the quality outshine the price). Now, you can say the price is cheap because the quality is cheap. Customer service: Your typical customer service, nothing great nothing bad. Location: The only thing that makes it rated high. But I have to tell you, it is not worth the trip anymore.

Note: I will one day go back to Marosans and try to check their food out again. I still notice that a lot of people are still going to Marosans, I just wonder if they are just trying to recapture the magic of Marosans' food back. I...

The customer service at this establishment left much to be desired during our recent visit. Our party of four waited nearly an hour for a small order. A group of ten with numerous orders were seated after us but received their meals before ours, despite having placed their orders after us. We assumed it was due to our order, although our order wasn't complex. But they had been eating for over 20 minutes with no sign of ours. Three more tables who arrived 30 mins after us were served first. We politely inquired twice, but to no avail. Ultimately, we left with partially consumed drinks and still paid for them. One of the popular long time chains of restaurants in Baguio - La Trinidad known for combo meals. Been patronizing their branch in Bonifacio street for a couple of decades already. This branch is now the largest and boats of a great view of the La Trinidad valley. You'll need to have your own transpo or hire a cab to get there tho. Parking is adequate. Our last time there was not OK though as the food took unusually long (around 30mins). Initially we thought it reasonable as there were a lot of patrons. However the food arrived cold, meaning it took a while after cooking to be served. Staff are gracious and accommodating...
