Wow Pizza — Restaurant in La Trinidad

We called in to order us food for our movie night. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and speaking so fast (were not even sure if she got all of our orders right) but since a lot of orders came in, they are in a hurry which we totally understand. The lady asks us if we can wait for 45min to 1hr, which we did say yes. We ring them after an hour for the reason we are not receiving any updates. Hoping to hear any good news, instead, our order was not processed as per another woman answered our phone call update. All along we were just waiting for nothing. Please do make sure to process all orders over the phone as well and not only orders coming in to you directly going to your physical store. If you cannot do this job, better remove those phone numbers instead. It came to me that those phone lines are just for decoration purposes only because of this bad service. Hoping to resolve this issue ASAP to avoid other customers having bad experience...
