I went there last week around midday and saw a man in dirty clothes who appeared to be drunk. My suspicions were confirmed when he approached me and my wife; he smelt of alcohol. I realized that it wasn't just the cook, but also the owner. A Frenchman or a German, I don't know. We ordered pizzas (the dough was bad) which were not good and I let the man know. But I'd forgotten that he was drunk and he told me to go and eat elsewhere if I wasn't happy with what I had on my plate.
