I had lunch there when there was a brownout in the city, but it was no problem whatsoever as the place was well ventilated, and was situated just along the road, by the ocean, in the Sawangan Park area.

The staff was very kind, and accommodating as well, and gave good recommendations when I asked what their house specialties were. I ordered the baby back ribs, and it was one of the tastiest ribs I’ve had, and at a fairly reasonable price (₱400).

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Imagine being served with 3 drinking glasses and 4 spoons when there's 5 of us. The wait staff (3 of them) were talking loudly and joking around as they wait. They were noisier than the customers, mind you. That's why they were not attentive to the customer's need because they were busy jesting. My siblings recalled their poor customer service experience at this restaurant during their last visit so it means they haven't made any improvement about the matter.
