I have had several issues from the past with this branch! Poor service and food! And they did it again! I've had it with this branch!! If its not incomplete orders, they'll give you a non carbonated drink (coke) to be specific, no taste at all! Old chicken, cold french fries and this is what we paid for! This has gone way too far! Fix your service! Have some decency to give superb customer service that we all paid for!!! If I can only give no star I would! This branch is a disgrace for the Jollibee Corp. Whoever owns this branch maybe it's time for you to change your WHOLE STAFF. Hire staff that has integrity and the love...

Manager Gina refused us to order at the xxx cashier. So we left, 7 persons. Your loss, retards..... Realize the tap screens are not for people with bad eye sight. Impossible to see the screen. Beside my fingers don't work on the screen. Really bad...
