Golden Merengue — Restaurant in Lian

Visited our dear friend in Batangas and she introduced us to this unique Merengue. Golden in color and the taste is so different from regular Merengue. It doesn't have that irritating overly sugary taste. The sweetness is just right like you will not feel guilty if you are trying to cut down on sweets. I was very surprised! We also tried the "Pianono bread". I suggest if you this, try the plain one and try the one that was dipped in sugar. I liked the plain one coz the fillings inside the bread is enough sweetness.
