Attended Lee Gaitana's workshop on basic beekeeping for stingless bees. The lessons were accessible and delivered in a non-intimidating way, and full of real-life, experience-based insights and techniques. Lee as a facilitator is funny and always energetic and enthusiastic. Food was also very good but that's a review on the Cafe ni Juan inside Pia's Bee Farm. I gave 4 stars out of 5 just because I think they can do better maintenance of their flowering plants in the property, and maybe add a bit more bee plants at the backside of the property.

Nice food and ambiance. 15 min drive from lipa city. Must try the mushroom sisig. Sometimes they cater local vendors and products of nagcarlan laguna. They sell legit macapuno coconut. The owner also conducts bee seminar here.
