This Max Branch is terrible for having hair on their food. And all they would do is apologies. They wouldn't bother replacing the food or giving you a discount for that matter. 1st visit my wife and I lost our apetite due to several hair strands found in both our dinner plate. This happened 4 months ago.

A week ago i visited this restaurant and thought they might have made improvements. The restaurant was not even busy. Like there were only 3 to 4 tables occupied. I ordered a banana fritter with ice cream w choco syrup.

I was busy chatting with an old friend when our orders arrived. I was semi allergic to caramel syrup or anything with caramel. As it causes acidity to my tummy. I took the 1st bite and my stomach started to grumble. So called the waitress which I made the order from.

She did apologies and admitted it was her own fault. But they didn't suggest or do anything about it. So I said am I going to pay for something I didn't order!?. She then said I'll replace it sir. Waited and waited. And called their attention again asking where my choco syrup banana fritter? She left and came back to say they forgot about it. Seriously service in this restaurant is terrible. I told the waitress just to cancel my order. As it's been more than 45mins already.

Management should take a look at their staff attitude, hospitality & customer service. And the nerve to play the music loud as if saying we are closing please leave. Is utterly dispicable. Plus adding 20% service charge for such terrible service. Definitely not coming back here even if we live just...

Max's....the house that fried chicken built. notably among the best of the resto oldies in the country! Filipinos love eating here and bringing foreigner friends here. Max's caters to even the most discriminating palette and will definitely bring a smile to your face with their excellent food and great service. their signature fried chicken is staple here. service crew are always attentive to the guests' need and food orders get served in a jiffy even when the house is full. pricing is quite reasonable as well. whatever food mood you're in, there's always something good here at Max's. you can never go wrong with...

Service and service crew are very poor, they didn’t bother to greet guests when they come. Didn’t even pay attention to what your requesting to them, It’s like your expecting your birthday would be memorable and then all of a sudden they will interrupt your celebration because of non sense whatever, and everyone is very dissapointed and end our celebration, but we pay 6,630 just like that, annoying 😡 they ruined our special day.
