Very disappointing for out of towners passing thru if you want to patronize and enjoy local kapampangan gastronomy experience. I will not recommend this place if you are a big group of diners, with PWD and kids as this branch does not have the same system as you see in Razon’s branches in malls or around MM. Ang habol mo nga lang eh yung well known halo halo and palabok but this was taken away from you because of bad service from front staff (mataray pa yung baklang staffer kung di mo pa pinuna na out of place sya), disorganized from start of order up to food service. The place is very uncomfortable mahina yung mga ACs, no PWD access, dirty restroom and questionable hygiene and sanitation ng dishes & utensils. So we are doing a birthday food trip in Pampanga and Zambales.
On the way back to Manila, we stopped for meryenda at the Original Razon's Eatery for their famous Palabok.
GOOD: Liked the photo of the original Razon's located in a 60s era house. Also the original owners photos were included. Was advised that the Razons of Guagua found in Metro Manila is not affiliafed with them. Wifey ordered puto and dinuguan. Liked the biting sour notes versus the sweet puto.
