We had our dinner here after long hours of driving.
I had adobong pusit, okoy, and two cups of rice. I also got sinabawang tulya for soup.
The squid was so soft, not rubbery. Cooked just right. Not too salty or sour. Very fresh.
Although the okoy was not crunchy enough, it was full of shrimp flavor. Perfect with vinegar.
But the true winner was the soup. It was so comforting. Really tasted like the ocean. Very light and fresh. Not too salty.
