McDonald's Macarthur Mabalacat — Restaurant in Mabalacat

I've ordered a bunch on this Mcdo Branch since it's the nearest branch from my address and for each order that I placed, they would always make a mistake on my order. Most of those mistake are small things that could easily be forgiven but for this one time. I've come to really hate this branch.

We ordered two happy meals for our kids expecting to receive Minecraft Toys since that's what they're currently advertising, but instead we received a pet simulator that we never wanted. For some, this might yet another mishap that doesn't affect you however seeing the expectations of my kids get crushed is really devastating. This is the worst Mcdo...

Reason: The atmosphere is not welcome especially on their floors, and furniture. The Mop on the floor and Cloth they used to their dining table have foul odor.

Customer services are not welcoming no smile at all. Like they carry the world at their hands. Especially the Managers(Manager Rose for specific, I dropped the name) that should be a LEADER and a ROLE model to their crew, but nahh so rude especially to the PWDs and Seniors. I believe they need to be trained some etiquette, no Good Manners and behavior to customers(all people).

Cold serving and overcooked Big Mac, Fries, Chicken...

there are many mcdonalds places in luzon. and I have been everywhere. usually i don't like mc donalds but i go because of my kids and my family. this place is worst ever... the employees are rude, they are even more uneducated. unworthy and no consideration. And madadamot ... I shared my experience with my friends and family and other people. They said my experience is the same. It’s unbelievable some employees here have an attitude and bad manners. Seriously,,,, if they don't like their job, they are not suitable for work...
