McDonald's Mabini Batangas — Restaurant in Mabini

Didnt even think that this branch deserves one star 🤷🏼 My father went there with my baby brother , her wife and our toy-poodle dog. NO SIGN outside that DOG IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE. They came in with the dog, they go to the counter, ordered, waited for the food and then when they are already eating , the guard approached them and told them that they have to go because dog is not allowed inside. They asked kindly that they're gonna eat in a hurry so they can leave the premises..... And guess what? They answered NO , They have to leave immediately. No one even considered that they are still eating, no one offered if they can pack the food thats remaining. TOTALLY RUDE. If the crew or the guard told them at first that dog is not allowed inside they would've had food for take out, instead they accepted the order as dine in and forced them to leave when they were already eating. They didnt even consider that there is a baby with them. NO HUMANITY....

First experience here ordered a Double Cheeseburger plain (no pickles, onions, ketchup, mustard, just beef patty and cheese). Came out with onions and ketchup. Took them almost 20 mins to fix. The worker ended up starting and argument with other coworkers because he didn't know what plain meant.

Second experience here, fries were hard and cold. Had to go through drive thru again, dining room area was closed, and request a much fresher order of fries.

This visit now, chili was ice cold and fries again hard and cold. I requested nicely to change and chili came back COLDER than the first one! And I waited about 15 mins for a new chili. While waiting, my burger and fries got cold.

The staff and management here in this specific branch is super lazy and horrible customer service. Don't eat here...

Of and btw the workers like to spend time in another room...
