We ordered the Beef Steak, Fried Tilapia and Bringhe. Beef steak was pretty good. Plenty of sourness from the Calamsi and I was satisfied of my craving. The Bringhe was my first time tasting it. I loved it so much, that I've learned how to make it. Fish on the other hand was perfectly cooked, however, it was slightly muddy. Edible and not too strong, but there is a way to test the fish before serving. By cooking a small piece, taste and smell a small piece before cooking the rest. Sometimes to prevent this is to buy live fish, let them soak or swing in your own fresh water container for 2 to 3 weeks before freezing. This will get rid of the "Geosmin" bacterial compound that results in the earthy or muddy taste. The service was excellent and they even offered to take the fish back, but we didn't want to waste nor restaurant to loose money. Wait service is fantastic and professional as it should be. The decorations and construction of using wood is amazing. Walking around and seeing how the place was built is fasinating. We dine for lunch last June and very disappointed that the place is infested with flies. Although the food was great, i never enjoyed them because i was so busy fanning the flies away from our food..and there was no A/C and the fan does'nt work with the flies and the heat. overpriced food given the poor service (our order was served after one hour with no apologies or considerations from the staff) and lots of flies in the dining area. flies seems to be coming from the kitchen area (see photo) so probably poor sanitation practices as well. undermanned and poorly trained waiters. a fly landed and got stuck in one of our orders and we had to return it. they even forgot to remove it from the bill and had to remind them....
