the food was good and the service was also but the atmosphere was so bad it made me want to unravel the secrets of the universe so my brain will combust.
the architecture of the building was so much worse than the toilet seat when someone else used it. the customers there lacked so much basic manners it made me rethink if humanity was worth saving at all.
the staff was super good and accommodating even though if some of the customers was so brain-dead it made me wonder how they handle working in customer service.
6/10 would go again if may maglilibre...

1st of all, dumaan ako sa branch na yun for a quick meal lang sana pero ang tagal ng serving time kahit na yung item na inorder ay available naman at hindi na kelangan lutuin. Umaga ako pumasok at mejo nagmamadali din pero nasa 3-4 person lang kami umoorder then nag wait pako sa order ko ng almost 20 minutes really? For what for just C1 + additional garlic rice the cashier even tell me a wrong price na 35 pesos daw pag nag pa additional ng garlic rice but it turns out sa receipt na 40pesos na pala eto at sabi lang ng cashier na nag bago na pala ang price, (very good) so sa tagal ko nag hintay nawalan nako ng gana kumaen kaya nung ready order pina take out ko nalang, and why nyo need dalin sa likod ng behind the counter yung order ko para lang i transfer sa take out process usually ginagawa yun. Infront na kadalasan natatanaw ng customer i dunno if my intent na babuyin yung order ko or what pero marami din kasi ko naririnig na rumor regarding about sa nga service crew na nang bababoy ng take out order and lasty yung Manager na babae na naka suot ng glass mukang maldita she even stare at me for a second I don't like the vibes feeling superior eh she supposed to be friendly with every customer. Walang greet ng goodmorning maliban sa crew na naka assign sa pag oopen ng door. All in all this branch don't RESPECT the time of their customer I'll never order in that branch ever again. I know what great customer service is coz I'm working in Bpo industry who provide insanely great service with every customer. Nag take out order kami ng ate ko at asawa ko saka anak ko ng bandang 1:10pm to 1:15pm tapos nyo kami bigyan ng promise time na 10mins ang ibibigay nyo samin na produkto ganto!!??? durog at halos wala ng tuna filling sa loob!!!??? shout out din sa fryman na pag up ng tuna pie at di matanggal sa fry basket pinasok sa loob at saka nilagay sa pie pouch na ganto na appearance!!!! may manager pa ba na nag check ng quality ng product bago ilabas/dispatch????? alam din ba ng PQM nyo na ganyang mga product ang nilalabas nyo na HINDI STANDARD????!!!
