we ordered chicken at mang inasal robinsons malabon for lunch. we have waited for almost 2hrs to be delivered and yet we are near the area. Then, when it was delivered the items are lacking condiments which I instructed repeatedly. And some of our chicken are some like burnt already and dry. We were supposed to eat there but we were told we can't occupy the tables outside which were clearly available that time (NOTE: There wasn't even a "RESERVED" sign).
