Jan 3, 2021. I was on a Sunday leisure motor scooter ride when I heard about this place. The original plan was to visit Belly’s resto but I was too early and it had no opened yet. Their traditional pancit Malabon is top quality: outstanding noodle, perfect sauce and flavor. But huge letdown on toppings: no oysters, no squids. Not what I had expected on a pancit Malabon claimed to be the "original". Still the best so far by a mile from the franchises...

Waiting time for them to prepare your bilao is about 5-10 minutes. Staff is accommodating but I hope they could talk about Nanay to their guests or at least allocate a spot where you can read about the history...
