The place is good enough for people driving by, they have a parking space only for about three or four cars.
They don't give much attention to Social Distancing, however, there are a few free alcohols in the area.
You're required to wear a mask and a face shield inside.
There is an entrance and exit in the buffet area but people don't care about the proper way, so we didn't bother doing the right thing. No one will tell you to go to the right way anyway.
The floor is free of debris, the tables and chairs are normal enough for a dining restaurant. I have a theory that they don't disinfect the tables.
The food is okay, not good for choosy people, good enough for people who don't care too much about food details.
Some of the food are dry and salty, they're not hot enough because the food heaters are not on, but some of it are on, the air-conditioner must be too cold. The soup and the pasta sauce are the only ones that are hot.
The utensils for getting the food is lacking, like in the sauce area, it's gross that you have to pick up the sliced kalamansi with your bare hands. The plates are not available in the buffet area maybe because of the health protocols. You will be served with the plates and spoon and forks when you dined in.
There are a few soup bowls in the area and small saucers. The pastries are better than the food but it's a bit dry.
The drinks available are water and juice, ice is available. Some of the plastic glasses are broken.
There is an area where you can choose which food to be grilled, like BBQ, hotdogs, or fish.
And that's one of my issue, when you ask for some food to be grilled, it'll take a while but that's normal. What disappointed me was, they did not grill the fish I've ordered, we were waiting for it. It was the only food we've been waiting, we actually waited for like 20minutes only to find out that they did not cook it.
The man that was supposed to grill it, did not do it or maybe forgot about it. So we just cancelled it and paid for the buffet.
299 pesos for one person, lunch buffet.
The only thing that made me smile in this restaurant is the lady that assisted us with our hot soups, the one serving the pastries, she's nice.
The lady that is stationed in the receiving/welcoming area is alright.
Hmm. I guess the service really needs to be improved.
The restroom is okay, it's small but clean at the time of visit.
I don't have pictures for the review since I wasn't going to review it but the fish issue changed my mind.
Ohh, and there is a fly in the buffet area or maybe it was two flies. It's gross.
Hmm in conclusion, I'm full but not satisfied. Still, thank you for the service, especially to the lady who made it better. Thanks ate...

Food was okay. Pastries were good. But, the ice cream although in a freezer was already melting; the pancit (which was supposed to be japchae according to the package) was spoiled so they replaced it with spaghetti without any explanation or apologies to us after reporting that they served spoiled pancit.
The service was really disappointing. They did not pay attention to the serving of food. Even if we had requested to replenish a serving, they did not do so immediately. The utensils, plates and cups were not cleaned well and were all wet.
The lighting in the venue turned off several times. It was also too dark for dining. Even if we requested to just use the general ceiling lighting, they just kept using the spot lights.
The toilets were nasty and obviously not maintained.
Had my mom talked to them about all these after the event but their staff paid no attention to our concern and just kept computing for the remaining balance for our reservation.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND...
Read moreThe foods were not heated upon serving, to the fact that we ate at lunch time.
The taste of the meat of "kare-kare" was really disgusting. (I don't know the exact words to explain the taste but it's really an eewww for us)It's like, it was not sauteed.
They don't refill the foods automatically even the tray is empty na. You need to tell it pa to them. Once you tell them to refill, you need to wait few more time pa before they do the refill.
The hygiene- there are langaw on the shabu-shabu part. About the fork and spoon, it's better sana if those were placed on hot water to get rid of bacteria and viruses.
What you see on their fb posts is much different sa actual. There are many foods on their facebook page na wala or hindi sinerve nung kumain kami.
The price is pricey, ok lang sana if delicious and hygienic. Sa true lang, hindi kmi nabusog. I will not recommend this to those na...
