This McDonald's is in poor condition. The tables weren’t clean, and the floor had food crumbs everywhere. The lighting is dim, making the atmosphere uninviting, and the furniture is unstable.

Service was slow, with only one cashier and a 5-10 minute wait despite the self-service kiosk. The staff seemed unprofessional, and they didn’t have change. They also didn’t know how to handle a leaking deep fryer.

Food quality was disappointing: fries were stale, chicken was hard, soda tasted greasy, and the rice was too wet. The gravy pump wasn’t refilled properly, so I had to get cold gravy from the counter.

First of all I hate this McDo. The service is as usual slow and no moving at all. Here is my experience, I went to the kiosk, where they say McDo is techy and you can order. The thing is, I can't find my choice of food in the kiosk. Thus, it took me 5 mins to finally realize I really hate this McDo. I'm almost angry, then I went to cashier. Finally, I get mad, the reason for 5 more minutes I waited for the cashier. So there are 2 registers and no people. How I wish they can operate by itself. Anyways, I shouted, where is the cashier!!!
