Ordered 17 drinks to go for a special occasion. The Iced Signature Chocolate looks like water used to wash your hands and taste like the water that just washed your chocolate cake-stained fork. This surely not a melted ice issue as there was still ice when it was consumed and there is no way that it can be diluted by that much by just the melting of ice.
I was contacted by the Store Manager when I complained through their email and they say that the drink is supposed to look like that but I begged to differ because one, this is definitely not the first time we are ordering this drink and two, the taste says otherwise. They are apologetic and offered me a refund by visiting their branch but the branch is far from my place but they insisted to have it refunded into my rewards card. I also asked for feedback on the matter as I want to know why it happened. So far after a few hours, 0/2 on both resolutions.
I know some drinks differ slightly in taste if purchased on different branches but man, did they mess this one out.
Also, you may want to update your store hours. It’s misleading because it says the branch closes at 10PM but I was able to purchase my drinks close...

Service water tasted like they got it from deep well. I ordered hot drink and the staff didn’t put cup sleeve. They did not provide tissue. I had to ask pa. The aircon was not functioning properly— it felt warm inside the store. Staff were SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
Either the management is bad to their staff or it is the staff who are irresponsible. They don’t seem like they are trained well.
I will not go back to this branch again. Their service declined dramatically.
