My family's experience in Northern Lights was top-notch in customer service because of a hot sauce 😅🤗

We decided we will have lunch for our tour here due to google reviews and it did not fail us. The food was served on time (within the said waiting time).

The dishes were actually mid (taste wise) but with a certain warmth to it and the servings were actually generous! The tinolang baboy was good, the veggies were not overcooked and the broth is genuine tinola (clean tasting). The fish cuts in the sinuglaw could be bigger. Also tried their coffee ice cream and really homemade in taste, could be better if they could amplify the coffee flavor even more. We had a pizza for takeout and enjoyed it in Mantigue. We asked for hot sauce but since they don't have it in small packets, they gave us an entire small bottle of hot sauce (not full, oc). That was surprising and seriously made us happy. That's great customer service (for me). For the hawaiian pizza, the pineapples were not ripe enough, so it's not as sweet and juicy which is ideal for a pizza.

If ever I will go back to Camiguin, I will go back to Northern...

This place is just one of the many restaurants in Mambajao, but I think this is one of the best out there. With this place always jam-packed during lunch and dinner, is perhaps enough justification. They have varied menu, to satisfy different cravings. Pizza is first in their menu, and the best I have tried is Camiguin classic, with generous amount of veggies esp. Camiguin green pepper which is really good. They have poultry, pork, beef, goat, seafoods and veggies in their menu. Plus, they have home-made ice cream and for me mango flavour is the best.
