Mang Inasal — Restaurant in Mandaue

We had a very DISAPPOINTING experience at Mang Inasal Basak. The cashiers were extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Instead of showing basic courtesy, they acted as if customers were a BURDEN . It’s very frustrating because Mang Inasal is supposed to be known for good food and hospitality, but the service I encountered ruined the whole dining experience. Management should seriously look into this because good customer service is just as important...

Poor Customer Service. We waited for how many minutes until I noticed a group getting their orders first while we actually came and ordered first (mind you, our order was only good for two people while theirs was for a group of people). There was also a mixed up on the order number and one of our ordered meals wasn't actually punched in making it more confusing for them to trace. Will not eat here again and will not recommend...

the crew did not include cutlery when serving the food. They should also check the food they are serving to ensure what the customer needs. It defeats the purpose of serving the food since I still need to stand and get the utensils myself. I ordered the grilled liempo, I couldn't eat it with...
