McDonald's Moriones — Restaurant in Manila

I've been a regular here because of school purposes and yet they never fail to dissapoint. Food is okay, I've seen way better branches that gives food quality higher than this branch but my overall complain is the service. I don't know if it's because I happen to be in busy times. But the service crews are just soo rude. Most of me coming here I always get to experience a bad treatment from the service crew. Disappointing experience. Service was slow, no air-conditioning—just a fan in this heat. Seating was limited, and the area near the cashier was full of flies. The sink barely had any water pressure, so washing hands took forever.

What’s frustrating is seeing similar complaints in reviews from months ago and nothing has changed.

With prices going up, the least they can do is improve the atmosphere and fix these...
