I hope this will reach to the franchise owner of this Jollibee outlet, I am with my 3 Supervisors dining-in as we passed through this food-chain from CDO to Bukidnon, we ordered our food at aroung 1800H and the counter-girl gives us a number slip which is 03033 and advised us that it will take 15 minutes for our order valued at more than a thousand pesos, to our surprised it's already 1845H and nobody called our number which in turned my colleague approached the counter and gave our order right away without any apology. Ordered food 8-pc chicken bucket, a kiddie meal, 3-pcs Rice and an 8-pc burger steak pan via Drive Thru and was requested to wait in the parking area for 15minutes. Order took more than 15 minutes and had to followup over the counter and wait additional 10minutes before the order was served. The rice was not punched in the receipt, but it was ok...Facility however is nice with an open air 2nd floor. As Jolibee food is almost the same all over, im just going to comment on their availability and speed.

The service crew is okay, though they are a bit slow in preparing and releasing the orders

Unlike the other branches in cities, this branch doesn't have the new self order option.
