it's a cozy restaurant, with affordable prizes of menu. When we lived in maragondon for months, year 2006, i never tried to enter this restaurant because i thought its for rich only😂 and i was just a factory worker in epza that time. But when we transferred in iloilo and came back here for a visit at maragondon's assessors office that's the only time i eat here, year 2015. I will never forget maragondon, cavite because our lot investment here, was a big failure. Kuya erlidio sold his lot to us without title, until his death we never had the copy. We trusted him so much but his lawyers deceived him. Our hard earned money never came back. His son bought it from us 2017, for a very low price. Just to end this very big problem we agreed to sell it the, 376 became 200 only. Tired of going back and forth from iloilo and to stop the huge stress because of it. GOD never...

This is the original restaurant if I am not mistaken. Place is small so it gets crowded during peak hours which is lunch and dinner. Restrooms needs to be improved as there is no flush for the men's restroom and a bit dingy. The place is actually aged, so probably a retouch of paint will do well. Lighting also needs improvement as it is a bit dark. Decors are old style and not instagrammable, but it is cozy and will remind you of your grandparents' home in the province. They have a small parking (I think it is a church's parking) but mostly you will park on the side of the road. Staff...

The place is simple and like an old restaurant stuck in the 80s. The food selection was kind of similar with Max's but the price was not cheap. The Kare-kare is not tasty, lacking the peanut and beef broth taste. The Halo-halo has a very soggy banana. The Lumpiang Shanghai was like ground pork after being sautéed in its own fat was right away rolled in Lumpia wrapper and re-fry again, doesn't looks that it has binders and extenders like carrots and kinchay. The chicken is good, though. If I will be asked if I would eat here again, I would probably choose other restaurant...

It is a very old restaurant and they've maintained the vibe which is nice. If you are up for the real taste of fried chicken, without the additional condiments other restaurants put in their chicken just to make it tasty then this is the place to be. It's a classic salted fried chicken and you will know that it's fresh from the taste. The meat is so tender that it separates from the bones easily. The skin is so well fried that peeling it will still keep it whole, doesn't have any extenders flour whatever just the natural taste of the chicken. Definitely the best fried chicken.

Visited 27 Dec 2021. Discovered it from Chef JP Anglo's vlog. Then convinced to really push our visit after another feature on Chui Show. It truly met expectations and beyond! Humble place but the food is so good and affordable. Generous serving too! Best fried chicken - simply cooked, no breading but there's a slight crunch, and very juicy! Other dishes are recommended too, we were really satisfied with each one - fried lumpia, kare kare, pancit and leche flan. Truly worth the drive! The restaurant is like a house. Open windows, fresh air. Not crowded on a Monday afternoon.

This branch in maragondon has decreased its seating. The breakfast meals we ordered appeared smaller compared to the time before the pandemic. Their specialty is the fried chicken and you will find them in various combinations. They do observe iatf guidelines and do temp checks. There are wash areas. The Comfort Rooms are very basic and Spartan but water is abundant not like the other branch in Naic. This is favorite place to get your food any hour of the day and is a favorite stop for travelers
