Jollibee Mariveles — Restaurant in Mariveles

I had never had Jollibee until I came to the Philippines so it's taken me a little while to get used to it but the staff and the quality of the food is making it easy for me to like it. The staff is always warm and welcoming starting with the people at the door, who always open it for their customers both entering and leaving, to the employees behind the counter who are very patient with me and always answer my questions with a smile, to the staff who bring me my food if I go there during a busy part of the day and it's not ready for me at the counter. I'm a foreigner yet they always make me feel welcome and I truly enjoy going there now. I still am amazed by some of the types of food they serve there cuz many of the items are not sold in fast food restaurants in my area back home but everything I have ever ordered from there has always been hot and freshly prepared. The burgers have a little different flavor than I am used to but I have gotten used to it and really enjoy them and the french fries are always hot and delicious. The ice cream desserts they offer are really good The tables and chairs are always cleaned in between customers and there is a temperature check at the door and dividers between the customers and employees behind the counter. Masks and face shields are required at the present time to enter the restaurant so I feel very safe there as far as covid is concerned. The prices are very reasonable especially considering the size of the portions of food and the quality so between that and the warmness and professionalism of the employees and the air conditioning giving a break from the Philippines heat I would definitely recommend stopping at the Jollibee restaurant in Mariveles and having a...

I have to been to Jollibee on multiple continents, but nothing compares to the Mariveles location. The food is extremely tasty, so hats off to the cooking team and even more praise to the management because it takes exceptional management skills for the amount of traffic this restaurant gets daily. The Mariveles location is usually very full throughout the day, but that doesn’t stop the team from treating each and every person with a warm and welcoming ambience.
