I’ve always wanted to try their food and now that I have… I would say that my wait was worth it.

Ensaladang Filipina: I liked the combination of flavours although I was avoiding the dried fish but when I accidentally ate thr dried fish, I wanted more. I was afraid it was going to be salty but it’s not salty at all!! And it was cooked to perfection! No chewiness just pure crunch! I think the salad coud ve better if the pineapple was fresh skinless ponkan because the salad lacked that acidity. And if the dressing was simmered for a bit before adding the honey maybe it will have that deep and sweet soy flavour. Can’t stress enough how I loved the unique combination!! And the kesong puti was like eating tofu! It added texture and depth in every bite!!

Tokwa’t Baboy Sisig: This may be my favorite sisig. Again it is not salty, and the quality of the tofu is reminescent to those I have tried in Vietnam. It has that spongy, silky texture. I loved that the crispy pork belly is so juicy. It’s not oily, everything was juicy. I forgot to juice the calamansi which I love on sisig or tokwa’t baboy but the dish surprisingly tasted great even without calamansi. That’s how good the dish was.

Sinigang na hipon sa calamansi: The soup… I am speechless! The shrimp was perfectly cooked!

Turon con Latik: you should end with this! After all the food trip, I was already full but this dessert is unique! Again I am impressed! The addition of latik, I have never tried that before.

Me and my friends were so disappointed. Imagine we travelled all the way from Manila and yet the food, it's a 3 thumbs down for us. 👎👎👎 From the start to finish of our lunch and until we stopped to our last part of our restaurant hopping, we cant help but rant regarding our bad experience. We ordered Sinampalukang Manok, taste is fair enough for me but for my friends they said it's matabang and the chicken, is not tender yet to be served. 👎 Lechon Kawali Kare-Kare, I hate eating instant food or with instant ingredients like Kare-kare Mix. 👎 It's a no no, especially if you're running a restaurant. Restaurant nga e, so dapat meet the expectations of the people na masarap ang matitikman nila. Binangeng Pampano or inihaw na Pampano, too expensive for a small size. Also, in their menu, price is only P795, but when billed, it's already P890. Eto pa ang nakakainis sa experience na 'to, yung feeling mo pinilit ka or hinold-up ka because of the P500 service charge. You'll enjoy only the view, but the food, terrible. Mahal masyado para sa food na di masarap.
