Ordered delivery at 9:27 AM. Employee took order and said order would be delivered before noon. At 12:40 order had not yet arrived. I asked to speak with the person who took our order that morning and was put on hold and then was hung up on. Called back and was told they hadn't even started cooking our order but it would be delivered by 1:30. At 1:05 Namwah called back, part of our order could not be filled. They had run out of the ingredients. If they had started our order when we originally called they would have had the ingredients and our order would have been complete.
