I recently had the pleasure of dining at a rustic-themed restaurant in Dipolog, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I stepped inside, the warm and inviting ambiance transported me to a charming countryside retreat.

The first thing that caught my attention was the generous servings. Each dish was a feast for both the eyes and the stomach. Whether you're a hearty eater or enjoy sharing with friends, this restaurant will leave you satisfied. The portions are incredibly generous, ensuring that you won't leave hungry.

The food itself was simply delicious. From refreshing and well-balanced salads to mouthwatering main dishes, every bite was a burst of flavor. The chefs here truly know how to elevate classic recipes with their own unique twist. I particularly enjoyed the perfect blend of spices and seasonings in each dish.

The service was attentive and friendly, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations. They made sure we had a memorable dining experience from start to finish.

If you find yourself in Dipolog, I highly recommend visiting this restaurant. Its rustic charm, abundance of delicious food, and attentive service make it a must-visit destination. You won't be disappointed, and I guarantee you'll leave with a satisfied palate and a smile...

A refreshing experience in Dipolog. The FarmHouse has a very distinct decor and vibe reminiscent of a popular chain in the U.S. with plenty of unique decorations and knick knacks. What really sets it apart are the beautiful paintings and murals throughout. It really looks like an old barn and we enjoyed our time there. But this restaurant is more than unique in its presentation, the food is equally high quality and unique in aspects. Salads are prominent and varied. As a salad lover I deeply appreciated this since large delicious salads seem hard to come by here. Friends got pasta meals which looked good. We got Korean pork barbecue and a bibimap. Deserts were cakes and while the carrot cake was good the Ferraro chocolate cake was one of the best I've tasted with a nice chocolate fondant and dark chocolate cake. It was a stand out. Honorable mentions go to the baby back ribs and lasagna. We didn't get it but saw other people order them and the looked good. Will try them next time. Want to go to a unique restaurant with excellent fresh food? Go here.

Note the restaurant is off the main road on a dirt road. It is easy to miss the turn but they have yellow signs with their logo indicating the slightly...

The restaurant is very clean and nicely designed. Very much like what you might find in the states. That's where the similarities end There was a large selection of food, probably too large. It's better to have a smaller selection where you can control the quality better. My son got the nachos. Which could have been good but the nachos were stale and they mixed lettuce throughout. That's definitely a dish that needs work. I got the sweet and sour chicken. It was pretty good but I did come across a small bone which I was not expecting. The chicken was tasty. The vegetables were uncooked which is fine some people prefer it that way. I prefer my vegetables sauteed. My wife was satisfied with her order. I also ordered the cucumber lemonade. It was good but kind of strong. I could not drink the whole thing. With a name like the Farmhouse and the decor I expected the Midwest staple of chicken fried steak or pot roast. That was missing from the menu. Service was a little slow when it came time to get the check. We finally had to flag someone down. Next time I'm here I will try some of their other menu items. My recommendation would be to reduce the menu. And consider adding true...

I love the vibe and the ambiance of this place but it's so sad because that's basically the only thing that I love about it. The food here is mediocre, I've definitely had better tasting food from someplace else in Dipolog before. Like bro, that beef "salpicao"? What even is that? Just rename it to "ginataang beef" instead. Plus the staff are just standoffish. We arrived here rather early so there was pretty much no one else but us but pray tell why your staff didn't even seem like they wanted to entertain us as if we weren't the first customers there? Not even a greeting nor a smile on their faces when they took our orders, just an irritated expression. Overall, not a very good dining experience. Staff was cranky as hell without warrant, food was so-so, but again, the ambiance is immaculate. Sucks that that's the only thing they have going for them.
