Food: I ordered 1 miki bihon and 1 chami (both single serving).
Miki Bihon BLAND af, no hint of saltiness from the soy sauce nor peppery taste at all - just bland.
Chami overly sweet the spicy kick seemed like it's from hot sauce with notes of bell pepper that was drizzled on the top of the pancit. I got this impression because there were a few clumps of what looks like the hot sauce was drizzled the last minute then mixed before sending my order out. the sauce of the pancit that's supposed to be thick is watery
If I remember correctly, the price of the 2 meals were around 70 to 85 pesos each single serving. Pancit in Manila or the ones you can buy in the wet market in Mogpog with that price is WAAAAY better.
Service: Only 1 person is cashiering, getting the orders, and serving the orders. I waited for 45 MINUTES for the 2 single orders. I ordered at a not-so peak time (10 am) so I don't see why the heck it's taking too long.
Atmosphere: The place is hot, no windows. The space inside is narrow, only a single person can fit through the pathway. Only 1 ceiling fan is catering to a single table, the rest of the tables don't have fans. There are only around 4 or 5 tables available.
I had high expectations bc it was recommended by my cousin but the overall experience is WORST. I think some people only come back there because of nostalgia given that it's been there since the 1900s.
I will never come back to this panciteria ever unless renovated and services...
