Took my parents to a quick lunch here for their wedding anniversary. Arrived at 11:00 AM and there's not that many people inside the restaurant yet (approximately 6 people at max including us so it's good to dine here if you're not into crowdy places) I decides to try here since we wanted to try another dimsum restaurant aside from Tim Ho Wan since Hap Chan is more nearby.
Food: We ordered their Pork and Shrimp Siomai, Hakaw, Pork and Vegetables dumplings, Dimsum platter, Yang Chow fried rice and Wanton noodles. Also got mango shake and Mango sago as desserts costing around 2350php which was not that bad since we ordered a lot. Food was great, tastes identical to Dimsums served from Michellin star restaurants despite being cheaper for like 5% of the price. The wanton soup tastes bland though. Their sharksfin was hard to chew though but all the other dimsums were good. The yang chow fried rice had some good serving as well and can feed 3 people.
Price: Moderate
Atmosphere: I'll give it a 9 since the Aircon was not that cold which is good since the food will cool down faster and other people doesn't like if it's too cold.
Serving: We were told that the waiting time will take 10-15 mins and we got every order within around 18 minutes. (Main dishes were served earlier though)
Overall, would recommend Hap Chan to Dimsum lovers....
