The place is a few meters from the highway and is situated at the top of the hill. It has a small air-conditioned dining area that can accommodate 50 to 70 persons. I was on my way to BCD and I had a craving for an iced coffee. I searched and found this restaurant. I ordered and clearly said to the waiter that it was for takeout but it was served in a glass instead. I asked for a plastic cup but they don't have any and said that they don't serve it for takeout.
They could've said it to me beforehand and I would understand but they didn't. I don't have any photos for proof because I drank it in one go because I was frustrated and in a hurry.

Read moreI brought my two adult children visiting me from Cebu to Hilltop. It came highly recommended by a neighbor so I checked the place out after taking a dip at Mambukal Hot Spring.
In my personal opinion, there's really nothing much up there except to see a long stretch of sugarcane field. The food was okay including the service. The price I should say is not at par with the food or even the service. Meaning, it's on a higher price level considering the food isn't really that great.
